The boiler with the automatic multi-fuel underfeed burner, also known as a piston or a drawer feeder with the water jacket.

The main asset of the EKR-P boiler is its adjustment to burn many kinds of fuels, especially fine coal, pea coal and pellet, as well as those of worse fuel quality and increased sinterability. An additional burning grate to burn different kinds of fuels (wood, coal, waste, etc.) comes also as standard equipment.

The innovation being at the same time the main asset of the underfeed feeder is the application of the water jacket. Such a solution allows to prolong the life span of the burner, improve the efficiency, and decrease the sinterability of ash. Undoing the channel aerating the combustion chamber well as applying the extension dome improves the feeder’s operation results even more.

The boiler is equipped with the state-of-the-art and solid microprocessor controller, which also constitutes the measuring and safety apparatus, as well as the aerating system which optimizes the whole process of burning.
With optimal conditions a single shot of the tank may last for even 3-4 days!!!
The boiler with an underfeed burner fits perfectly into the heating boilers market, thus filling a bigger and bigger gap which results from the continuously lower accessibility of the right type of fuel.

The operation of the device consists only in refilling the fuel tank as well as emptying the ash drawer. The boiler does not have to be heated every day, therefore it is more effective. The continuous functioning is its main asset, thanks to which it is possible to save both time and energy.
